LUDLOW — Police Chief Daniel Valadas and Fire Chief Ryan Pease are pleased to report that the missing Ludlow man has been found safe.
At approximately, 2:45 p.m. today, the 25-year-old man was located by first responders on Amory Street in Springfield by a Springfield Police Officer.
The man was evaluated on-scene by EMS and taken to an area hospital for further examination. The man has since been reunited with his family.
The Ludlow Police and Fire Departments would like to thank public safety partners who assisted in the search efforts including Springfield Police, Massachusetts State Police, Hampden County Sherriff’s Department, and Chicopee Police.
Ludlow Police and Fire would also like to thank members of the public who reached out and helped share information.
“Thank you to our mutual aid partners for their professionalism during this search, and to the Massachusetts State Police for providing invaluable resources. I wish to recognize the Springfield Police Department, and the officer whose attentiveness led to locating this individual,” said Chief Valadas. “I would also like to extend my gratitude to Fire Chief Ryan Pease and the Ludlow Fire Department for all of their help.”
