The current opiate crisis can affect individuals and families from all walks of life. Towns and Cities throughout New England have been impacted tremendously. In Ludlow, as part of the Towns public health response to the opiate crisis, first responders will visit individuals that have recently experienced an overdose. The aim is to guide individuals to treatment options and ultimately a path to recovery. Overdose awareness and support is also provided to family members. Our effort is to fully support the road to recovery.
